MINISTRY

Our Personal Growth Ministry offers many different seasonal classes, including a Car Basics Workshop, canning/food preservation classes, cooking classes, art classes, gardening classes, parenting and marriage classes, and more. Check the ACC calendar for upcoming events!

Ministries

MEN'S MINISTRY

ACC's Men’s Breakfast is held at the church on the 2nd Saturday of each month at 8am. The breakfast is a great time for food, fellowship, and a short devotional from one of the ACC men. Our (MEN)toring Men's Fellowship Group consists of events for men and boys ages 12+ to provide fellowship and mentorship opportunities.

WOMEN'S MINISTRY

We offer occasional women's Bible studies and ladies' craft nights. The Ladies’ Card and Prayer Ministry meets at the church every Tuesday morning at 10am to send cards of encouragement, sympathy, prayer, appreciation, and/or gratitude. Additionally, there are several annual ladies’ events, including a fun Christmas event held each December at ACC. We also have special gifts for all ladies on Mother's Day.

SENIORS' MINISTRY

Our Seniors' Ministry is a fellowship of senior adults and retirees. This ministry meets for events such as monthly luncheons, bus trips, and events. Check the ACC Calendar for upcoming events.

GARDEN MINISTRY

The Garden Ministry was started with the purpose of growing people, connections, and meeting needs through good, healthy, and sustainable food sources. The Garden Ministry consists of volunteers who maintain our Community Garden and help provide food and snacks on Sunday mornings

PROPERTY MINISTRY

The Property Ministry focuses on all things associated with the physical infrastructure of the church. They are in charge of maintenance and monthly inspections, as well as some projects around the church campus.

SAFETY & SECURITY MINISTRY

The Antioch Christian Church (ACC) Security and Safety Ministry aims to provide a safe place for worship without worry. The Security and Safety team's tasks include proactive risk assessments, safety training, medical training, disaster preparedness, promoting a healthful lifestyle, and providing ongoing active security and medical emergency coverage during Sunday morning services and other prominent church activities.

SERVANT MINISTRY

The Servant Ministry consists of service-minded people who have a heart of compassion and service, helping minister to families in time of sickness, need, or bereavement. This ministry is in charge of providing resources and volunteers for church functions, funeral dinners, and special events.

MISSIONS MINISTRY

We have a very dedicated congregation when it comes to supporting Christian Missions. In the 2023/2024 fiscal year, ACC gave over $72,000 to different missions around the world.

H.U.G.S MINISTRY

H.U.G.S is a support group for anyone facing challenges from the loss of a loved one. The mission is to ensure that no one feels completely alone or isolated but surrounded by loving caring friends who understand first-hand the struggles of coping with grief. They meet weekly on Thursdays at 4pm.

CANCER SUPPORT GROUP

This monthly group is helping to provide a safe, encouraging, and loving environment for cancer patients, both past and present, to share their feelings and experiences with each other. This group meets on the first Wednesday of each month from 5-6pm in the ACC Library.

The Connections Team was created to help get people connected to one another and to help create a welcoming atmosphere on Sunday mornings.
